Chiro-TV is a closed-circuit TV program, “narrowcasted” over the Internet to chiropractors’ offices across North America. Chiro-TV delivers chiropractic health content (go to Demo ) to chiropractors’ waiting areas, enjoyed by patients before they receive their treatment. Patients are exposed to up-to-date chiropractic health information, health hints, FAQ’s and in-house marketing vignettes on flat screen monitors, minutes before they visit with their chiropractor.
It is not uncommon for patients to wait several minutes in their chiropractors’ office before they are able to see their practitioner. Chiro-TV allows the chiropractor and patient to make good use of this waiting time, by providing patients with an informative and educational experience, thereby enhancing patient awareness, loyalty and compliance.
