1. How much will Chiro-TV cost?
 

To enjoy the benefits of Chiro-TV, you will be charged a modest monthly system fee, as well as a monthly equipment lease fee, where applicable. To obtain a quote for Chiro-TV for your office, call1-866-558-0550 or fax or email HCN.

2. What components do I need to have on-hand to receive Chiro-TV?
 

  The components required are comprised of:

  • 19 to 27 inch TV or 17 to 19 inch LCD (plasma screen)
  • Wall mount or kiosk display
  • PC computer, minimum 300 MHz, Minimum 10GB Hard Drive
  • 128 MB RAM
  • 56K Modem 10/100NIC
  • 16X CD ROM
  • Windows 98, Me, XP
  • Phone or Internet Connection
3. What system components does HCN supply?
 
  • Non-clutter cabling
  • Chiro-TV Player Software with Dial-Up Interface
  • Chiro-TV Editing Tool
4. After the contract period, will I own the equipment provided with Chiro-TV?
 

Yes, after the lease-to-own contract has been completed and paid for, the monitor, computer and editing tool are yours to use forever at no further costs. Chiro-TV will continue to maintain the system and provide program updates and editing templates for a low monthly fee.

5. Will my staff need to be trained on system maintenance?
 

No, all network functions are controlled remotely from our Monitoring Centre and in a rare case of malfunction, a technician will be immediately dispatched.

6. Will my staff receive training on the Chiro-TV editing tool, to create our own custom messaging?
 

Yes. A Chiro-TV consultant will thoroughly train your staff on the use of the editor, supported by the Chiro-TV toll-free service number. New editor templates will be made available at regular intervals (generally every one to two months).

7. If I feel that a certain segment of the program is not appropriate, what should I do?
 

Call the Chiro-TV 1-800 number and the segment in question will be deleted from your screen within a short period of time.

8. How often will programming change?
 

Chiro-TV programming is generally changed every month

9. Will Chiro-TV interfere with the normal functions of my office?
 

No. Chiro-TV operates without audio, and all telephone lines and cabling will be professionally installed and completely separate from your office networks.

10. Will I need to pay for the Chiro-TV Internet telephone line/charges?
 

No. Chiro-TV is updated monthly using one of your existing telephone lines. Updates occur at night, when your office is closed over a proprietary 1-800 number.

11. If I wish, can I recruit my own TV advertisers?
 

Yes. Interested advertisers may participate in the Chiro-TV program, with advertising revenue shared between the Chiropractor and Chiro-TV.

12. How do I order Chiro-TV?
 

Chiropractors who wish to have Chiro-TV in their waiting areas should call 1-866-558-0550 or fax or email HCN . After a short interview, a Chiro-TV sales consultant visit their location, in order to review their hardware and programming requirements and choose the best locations for the installation of the site components. Shortly thereafter, Chiro-TV installers will assemble all new and existing components and locate them in a strategic but inobtrusive location, as per the agreement with each host. After connecting the components, the office will be hooked up to an Internet line and provide with local area networking as required.
