Since the beginning with PatientDirect TV in 1997, we have:

  • Increased flu shots by 15% during the 99/00 flu shot season
  • Increased the awareness of prostate cancer and the availability of the PSA test decreased incoming phone calls for lab results, by almost 20%
  • Our reception and nursing staff tell me that they are much happier now that the patients are entertained and their attention diverted while waiting. Difficult patients are now far less hostile as a result of often-lengthy waiting times to see their doctor. Furthermore, we cannot keep HealthyCanadian Magazines in stock. Keep up the good work.
